Show of hands, who hasn’t heard of Fashion Bomb Daily? If you have yet to discover this mostrous fashion blog by one of the industry’s leading fashionistas, Claire Sulmers, you have not yet lived. According to fashionbombdaily.com, her writing journey began back in August 2006. “Recognizing there were few print and online sources for multicultural fashion, Claire took her interests in style and writing to create the number one online destination for global chic seekers with a penchant for all things fabulous,” the website reads.
But! (Here comes the fun part) As this woman of retail travels the world collecting coutless pieces, she’s decided to launch, Claire’s Closet. That’s right, a virtual closet of her gently used items from her fabulous closet that she is selling to make room for new priceless beauties. (How awesome is that?!) Recognizing that all of us over here at Modern Stitches could never pass up a recycled piece that has been worn by such greatness and have graced the streets of such geographical locations as New York and Paris, we would never forgive ourselves if we couldn’t share this information with you.
